Good evening.Tonight on The Wire Desk

The evening news, and you can call in.

The Wire Desk is a short evening newscast in the style of 1970s network television. When a story leaves you with a question, press the button on your remote and call the newsroom. The anchor answers on the air.

What to know

The anchor is an AI. The voice and face are generated. Answers come only from the reporting prepared for that night's show, with sources named.
It is a private beta on Apple TV, by invitation only.
Your voice is used only while your line is open. See the privacy policy for exactly where it goes.
