Getting started
- Install the beta from the TestFlight invitation.
- Open Settings in the app and enter the invite key you were given. You only need to do this once.
- Optionally enter a first name and a city so the anchor can greet you.
Calling the newsroom
- Press SELECT on the remote during the show. Your call is taken at the end of the current segment.
- Speak through a connected iPhone (Continuity) or hold the remote's microphone button to dictate.
- Each tester can ask three questions per show.
- If the anchor's live face is not available, the anchor answers over the 70s station card instead. That is expected during the beta.
Common problems
- "Not authorized": check the invite key in Settings. If it still fails, your key may have been replaced; contact us.
- "No questions left tonight": the three-question limit for this show has been reached.
- The anchor cannot hear you: make sure the iPhone is nearby and unlocked, or use remote dictation.
